Hayden Harbold

Hayden Harbold

Hayden left a career in higher education to pursue his passion of aviation and opened Harbour Aviation in 2020. Hayden is fully dedicated to providing the very best flight instruction by teaching efficiency, skill mastery, and safety. Hayden has a bachelor's and master's degree in business and oversees operations at Harbour Aviation. Hayden has been flying for over 12 years, has numerous jet type ratings, and also holds a rotorcraft rating. Haley Harbold
CFO & Co-Owner

Haley Harbold

After leaving a career in Financial Planning, Haley opened Harbour Aviation with her husband, Hayden, in 2020. Haley oversees all financial and accounting operations at Harbour Aviation and helps to keep the school running smoothly. When she isn't at the school, she wears her mom hat and spends most of her time keeping up with a toddler! She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Bachelor's degree. If she has a moment of spare time (which is rare), you can usually find her with her nose in a book, working out in her garage, or finding a new recipe to try!

Rick Gadberry
Chief Flight Instructor

Rick Gadberry

After retiring, Rick moved to Texas and began instructing at Harbour Aviation to continue his passion for aviation. Prior to Harbour Aviation, Rick instructed in Wisconsin and has years of experience providing quality flight instruction in numerous different aircraft. Rick's passion for aviation and flight instruction is what helps make Harbour Aviation an efficient and effective place to learn.

Joshua Burge
Assistant Chief Flight Instructor

Joshua Burge

Josh, a Harbour Aviation grad, has been a wonderful addition to our team! He graduated in 2018 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and thereafter worked for a pharmaceutical company as a Scientist in R&D. After a while, he knew he wanted something more fulfilling and decided to take a discovery flight. He was immediately hooked! Josh changed his career to pursue flying full time, and became a CFII for Harbour Aviation after completing all his ratings! During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sady, and his three lovely daughters.

Ryan Joyce
Assistant Chief Flight Instructor

Ryan Joyce

Ryan is a transplant from Orange County, CA and loved the south so much, he decided to stay after attending Oklahoma Baptist College. During his time in college, he played baseball and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science. He was in sales for 6 years before deciding he wanted to pursue aviation. He has a passion for helping others and exploring new places, so aviation was the obvious choice. He attended ATP where he graduated with his CFI, MEI, and CFII ratings. When he isn't in the air, he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, playing golf, hiking, traveling, or trying new foods!

Shane has several thousand hours of flight time in both gliders and airplanes and he still likes flying! When he isn't in the air, Shane works in cyber security and spends time with his family. Shane has a true gift of teaching and he helps out a lot with our ground school. His well-rounded experience helps Harbour Aviation students stand out!

Caleb Casey
Flight Instructor

Caleb Casey

Caleb is a born-and-bred Harbour Aviation pilot! After he started training with us, he quickly moved through his ratings. Caleb sought out aviation because he loves the excitement of being in the air and was inspired by his grandfather who was a Navy F9 fighter pilot. Flying is in his blood! Not only is he a trained pilot, but he also holds his real-estate license! In his free time, Caleb likes to mountain bike, spend time with his family, and practice his back flip!

Adam O'Fallon
Flight Instructor

Adam O'Fallon

Adam is our self-proclaimed "working man's CFI" because he understands what it's like to do flight training while working full time! While Boeing is Adam's home during the day, his weekend home is with us! Adam has said many times that a license to teach is a license to learn, and he shows that heart with his students. Not only is Adam a CFI, but he also has his high-performance and complex endorsements. During his free time, he spends time with his wife, Jewel, and daughter, Georgia Lee. He also enjoys traveling, playing basketball and golf, and ultimate frisbee!

Tanner Reinig
Flight Instructor

Tanner Reinig

After Tanner took his first discovery flight, he was hooked on aviation! He has completed all his ratings through CFII with Harbour Aviation, and we are thankful he chose to instruct for us! He enjoys the aviation community and being connected with others who share his love for flying. While aviation is a driving factor in his life, he also loves to be involved at his church, enjoys hitting the gym, spending quality time with friends and family, and traveling. His goal is to build hours to go to the airlines!

Adam Fields
Flight Instructor

Adam Fields

Meet our second Adam of the Harbour team! Originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Tennessee, Adam traded the beauty and cool temps of the mountains for Texas. Adam not only has all his flight ratings through CFII, he also holds a Bachelor's of Finance. Before he followed his dream of being an aviator, he spent 4 years as a financial analyst. Adam is a self-proclaimed people person and he really enjoys sharing his love of aviation with other passionate aviators. When he isn't doing that, he enjoys any outdoor activity, especially fishing, or he's hitting the gym!

Cami Bruner
Flight Instructor

Cami Bruner

Cami's love for aviation began at a young age — she grew up in Tucson, Arizona next to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, which sparked her desire to be in the skies! Cami completed all her ratings at Harbour Aviation while also pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Pilot Operations at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. When Cami isn't flying or studying (which takes up most of her time), she enjoys playing golf and kayaking with her fiancé. If the weather is bad, she stays busy cooking and baking delicious treats!
